报告人简介：Kristian D. Allee，阿肯色大学（University of Arkansas）山姆沃尔顿商学院会计系教授，博士生导师。主要研究领域为信息披露、文本分析与财务报告语言等。他的论文发表在The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Contemporary Accounting Research, Review of Accounting Studies, Accounting Organizations and Society, Management Science等国际顶级会计金融领域期刊上。目前为Contemporary Accounting Research, Accounting Horizons, Journal of Accounting in Emerging Economics等期刊编委，同时是TAR、JAR、JAE、CAR、RAST、MS等国际知名期刊评审专家，具有丰富的研究经验与审稿体会。
